I named this piece "Salvadorian Spirals" in honor of Salvador Dali and his Tarot deck. I am obsessed with surrealism and Dali is one of my top favorite artist. Combine that with the fact that I love this color palette with a passion that transcends all perceivable forms of perception (thats another blog post for a different day), and you've got a set that is so sentimental that it was a legitimate internal conflict for me to decide to put it up for sale (even if I could make another for myself later I wanted it to be a true 1:1), but I'm trying to work on letting go so here we are!
I got the Salvador Dali tarot set a couple years ago, resulting in one of my favorite additions to my creative rituals. Before I begin a new piece I spend a little time channeling the types of energies I'd like to be infused into it. Then I shuffle the cards and ask them to add some wisdom for the person that ends up owning it. I like to think that it gives each one of my works some sort of a spirit. Like it will give the wearer an advantage when faced with the card's themes in their personal life and learning its lesson. Its been a goal of mine for a while to start making birth certificates for each of my pieces including the personalized Tarot readings, and I'm EXTREMELY close to making that a reality for you guys! So keep an eye out for that as well as a bunch of other lil easter eggs I have planned
